Biography

Sergey Denisov (Denikin) 1963/Perm. Lives and works in Saint Petersburg since 1986. In 1987 – 89 studied at Mukhina Academy of Applied Arts (mural and ornamental painting department). In 1994 joined Humanity Foundation “The Free Culture”. Works with different media: object, collage, installation, photography, painting. Works by Sergey Denisov can be found in state and private collections in Russia and abroad including collections of State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg, Russia), MUDIMA Fiundation (Italy), Museum of Contemporary Art “Erarta” (St. Petersburg, Russia), Lonnstromin taidemuseo (Finland), Popov Central Museum of Communications (St. Petersburg, Russia).
