This year, the fair will be held on a renovated site — in the historic building of the Red Barracks, built by architect I. Ye. Efimov in 1835.
Our booth No. 6 will feature works by Tanya Akhmetgalieva, Vitaly Pushnitsky and Alexander Shishkin-Hokusai.
The surreal motifs of Akhmetgalieva's graphic series from the Elektroson project, as if drawn from cyberspace, will continue in the booth's exposition with works by Alexander Shishkin-Hokusai from the series "Good Weather in a Bad Place". In the latter, the author rethinks the role of the artist in the production of visual culture, taking the neural network as a co-author. In contrast to the visual deformations of familiar reality, there are works by Vitaly Pushnitsky from the Friday project, where abstract graphic sheets and philosophical text become a cast of reflection and immersion into the inner world.
