He was born in 1988 in Sverdlovsk (Yekaterinburg). He graduated from the Faculty of Thermal and Energy Engineering at the Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia, B. N. Yeltsin (Yekaterinburg, 2010). He is an artist and curator who uses photography and experimental photographic techniques to focus attention on the variability, incompleteness, and metaphorical nature of visual images. He creates projects at the intersection of art, documentary, and research. He lives and works in Yekaterinburg (Russia) and Dresden (Germany).
