In 1992 graduated from Mukhina Academy of Applied Arts (now - Stieglitz Academy of Applied Arts), ceramics department.

From 1995 to 2001 lived in London, where he studied at Camberwell College and graduated in 2000 with an MA in Printmaking.

Since 1999 — member of The Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers.

In 1994 joined St. Petersburg Union of artists, also member of Russian Union of artists.

Lives and works in St Petersburg, Russia; works mainly with objects and installations, also works as independent curator.

Teaches at Smolny College (Department of Liberal Arts and Sciences; St. Petersburg State University).

Participant of Moscow Biennale of Contemorary Art (main program, 2013).

Founder and owner of the project Lyuda Gallery (2009-2016)
